History

Fansmillennials Networks originated from an event called Friday Night Sharing with Millennials, later abbreviated as Fansmillennials. It was founded in early November 2021 by Acep Usman Abdullah after a group of financial advisors under his mentorship organised an Instagram Live session to share their expertise and support those in need of financial services. These live discussions covered various topics relevant to young people, including youth organisations, financial planning, and health literacy. The first session aired on 5 November 2021, focusing on the importance of organisation.

Through a series of engaging episodes driven by enthusiasm and passion, we provided value to individuals and communities, strengthened existing networks, and established new relationships. These connections paved the way for collaborations in various business ventures, driving mutual growth, particularly in response to the economic downturn caused by the COVID-19.

Since its inception in 2021, Fansmillennials has evolved from a knowledge-sharing platform into a sole proprietorship that empowers individuals through mentorship, consulting, and strategic business partnership. We have expanded our support to diverse fields, including public speaking, digital creativity, and business strategy. By early 2025, we had partnered with 10 organisations and businesses and trained over 50 mentees.

Our mentorship and consulting programs continue to evolve to meet market demands. Not only do they cover an expanding range of fields, but they also reinforce our core values—share, connect, collaborate—which are becoming more deeply embedded in everything we do.
